7 Simple Exercises To Get In Shape Fast

Are you ready for the summer?   To get in shape quickly, you don't need to go to a gym or buy any special equipment.   All you need is ten minutes per day.   There is a reward at the end of this video, it's a four-week plan that will transform you into a fitness star in just a month, so do not miss it.   

Exercise 1 - The plank   A plank is a static exercise. You do not need to move while doing it.   It simply keeps your body in the correct position. Prop yourself up on your arms elbows and toes.   Keep your back perfectly straight, and do not lower your waist or move your bottom upwards. If you do not have any difficulty to keep your body in the plank position,  somethings not right.    The muscles that keep you straight are employed as abs, and they are the back and front thigh muscles.   

Exercise 2 - Push ups   To do a correct push up assume the plank position as the starting point, and then lift yourself up with your arms   Keep your bottom back and legs in a straight line, this movement will stretch the abdominal muscles and your arms.   Return to the original position as slowly as possible. 

Exercise No 3  Toning up your thigh and bottom muscles   First prop yourself up on your hands and knees, then stretch one leg trying to keep it straight and not let it go sideways or bend. while raising and stretching the   opposite arm at the same time. Then do the same for the other arm and leg. It's easy, right!
